Dear Friends and Partners-in Ministry,

Welcome to KBTS-Karen Baptist Theological Seminary. We are located in Yangon, the second city of the Golden Land of Myanmar, South East Asia. Since it established in 1845, we are able to develop Christian workers and larders as pastors, evangelist, institutional leaders and organizational leaders among the Karen people as well as in the other ethnics groups in Myanmar and even beyond. KBTS has an enrollment about 600 students from all parts of Myanmar. We want KBTS to become a school that would develop our students to grow more deeply in the Lord, and to minister effectively and extensively in Myanmar.

Aims and Objects

1. To train Karen students and those indigenous races for Christian ministry and service.
   
   
2. To impart sound knowledge in Scriptures and faith, and higher Theological Education for their ministry and service.



3. To cultivate evangelistic zeal and stimulate the students to active sharing of the Good News in their ministry and service.
